The atmosphere is great, but the people really make the place. Both the employees and the management are incredibly welcoming and professional. They don't just stand behind a counter; they actively check in to see exactly what you’re looking for and offer genuine, helpful advice to make sure you get the right gear.

“Yesterday 8/27/2022, my friend and I spent hours in Springfield trying to find a professional outfit. We struck out at many stores, but found the perfect outfit at Loft. The store was quite busy and your employee Rylan was running around helping everyone, checking back in with guests, and putting things away. She was incredibly friendly and was wonderful at her job! She wasn’t the only employee in the store, but she seemed to be doing more than her share. Thanks for a great experience.”

“Very nice staff got me in the right boot. Their machine that measures your foot is crazy it tells you more stuff about your foot then you would think possible. It told me I was a 11 in a half wich I thought I was a 12 it told me I have wide feet never knew that it also show the pressure points on your foot and what part is taking the most pressure then it tells you what boots and or insoles would be best for you feet. My feet have been killing me for a couple years now and with their technology and friendly informative staff I now have no foot pain wich is amazing good job redoing in Springfield keep up the good work!”

“Taking my kids to an indoor waterpark tomorrow. I’ve looked everywhere for their swimsuits and could not find them. I think they ended up in the donation pile after summer. No one has swimsuits out right now. I went to Carter’s with my fingers crossed and the ladies working were incredibly helpful and pulled swimsuits out from the back. Exactly what I needed for both my kids! Great customer service. Have always loved the clothes! Thanks for saving our vacation!”

“Thank goodness they have a younger guy back in the engine, service room. He was super helpful and friendly. The old super cranky guy is horrible, I just hate going in there and see him. I recently went in looking for a engine part, the younger guy was awesome, very helpful, here comes ole crank a lot, just being his horrible self, telling him he was wrong, the part wasn't right, rude as hell. Got the part home, it was perfect. Not the first time dealing with this guy.”

“This is a great shoe store. I have been there twice and have been completely satisfied with the customer service, selection, and quality of shoes offered here. I have a leg brace so I need knowledgeable staff. The manager Jordan is fantastic. Unfortunately, the Springfield location is closing at the end of May 2024. They are having a really good sale right now so it's a great time to get some quality shoes and quality customer service. I see the mixed reviews and all I can say is that I have never experienced any problems here . We moved here from Orange County CA last year and I've been a Yelper for years, I don't give rave reviews lightly. I am really enjoying Springfield IL.”

“Great shoe store with surprisingly good deals and prices for being located in the mall. I think they have a better selection than most, I liked the choices better than DSW. My son, who is an impossible shopper, found a pair he liked and purchased on his first visit there. It is now my store of choice to shop for shoes.”
“Shopped here last night and Eden was wonderful. They helped me find a great pair. I thought I would be in and out, but unfortunately the pair I viewed on line were too short. I really wish more shoemakers would realize that a 10.5 exists! They stop the half sizes at 9.5. It's a real disappointment. With that said, it took me longer than anticipated and I was checking out right at close. Eden was busy closing up but still made time to assist me with a purchase. All the staff were very understanding Thank you very much. They deserve a raise! Truly. I will definitely return.”
