I had submitted multiple service requests related to the smart lock issue in my unit. Unfortunately, despite being reviewed by others multiple times—at least five—the issue remained unresolved. However, Brent was able to identify and fix the problem within just 30 minutes.

“I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in less than two weeks ago. Everything has been going well, and I have been very pleased with the amenities and the helpfulness of the office staff.
Today, I submitted a maintenance request for my air conditioner. The issue was minor, and Frank, the maintenance technician, was exceptionally helpful. He resolved the problem quickly and provided useful advice on keeping the apartment cool during hot weather.
Additionally, Frank noticed that my ceiling fan was rotating in reverse and corrected it, which has significantly improved the airflow and cooled the apartment down.
I sincerely appreciate Frank's excellent service and wanted to share this positive feedback with everyone :)”

“I lived in this place for one year and I thought it was very very good and the maintenance people were excellent to me and I have to tell you Rola which is the office manager was absolutely so considerate and kind and I do appreciate her greatly for listening to any concerns I had and being more than just a manager and someone that you can speak to personally if I needed to, she was outstanding. I would recommend living there because they do have a standard of keeping troublemakers out and the good people in. Oh yeah by the way they have a pool too which is nice to have if you want to take a break.”
