Tbh I love this bank a lot it the first bank we're I go and get no hassle I js to easy to use and there customer service is really good

Literally the worst bank in our area. The customer service is non existent. If you wish to awkwardly stand in the lobby for an extended length of time while multiple bankers sit idly at there desks and look at you, then go here! Sheesh, absolutely terrible bank!!

Worse than a currency exchange. They charge a fee to cash a check that was issued by one of their customers. They should be ashamed for calling themselves a bank. This is criminal in this day and age to gauge customers and their business associates for something as simple as cashing a check. Shame on you Chase "bank".
