“St. Charles Bank & Trust has been my business and personal bank for many years. They have many convenient locations in the Chicago region and they can handle my simplest and most complex requests. It is a capable and professional organization from top management and through the entire organization. I want to applaud two specific people, Heather and Lori. They are both in my local area but at two separate branches. Heather routinely handles my business requests with skill and efficiency, Lori is a star when it comes to foreign exchange currency, as I routinely ask her to order currency for me as I travel abroad. While these items seem to be a challenge at other banks, they are easily handled at St. Charles Bank & Trust, that makes me a happy client. Thank You.”

To the girl complaining about being asked to leave the parking lot, even if a cop sees you, he will ask you to leave too. It's common sense, they are being protective of the bank and afraid you are planning to break in etc.”

“Recently I closed on a Home Equity Loan at the St. Charles branch, at North Ave and Kirk Rd. We made several changes that made it complicated. Donna Ibarra was our Personal Banker and she went above and beyond and was both patient and very helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to open my commercial business account with the bank, and everyone bent over backwards to help, including Donna, Jackie Lange and Tim Dawe. (I took a lot of all three of their times so I feel I know them well.) My favorite thing is how special and important they make me feel whenever I go into their branch. Other banks I deal with act inconvenienced and I feel like a number. I am definitely satisfied and plan to do much more business with them in the future. The whole experience has been terrific. Oh, they are all very friendly too. I definitely recommend them!!”

“I Desperately need to close my account temporarily and this man whose name I sadly can’t remember, stuck his neck out a little bit for me and since I forgot my ID I had to haul back home and haul back I was like 2 minutes late past close, doors were locked but he still came to unlock them for me.
