“Absolutely phenomenal! It's the only way to describe my experience banking with them, this branch in particular. I started banking with them in 2011, through out this years I had a few few personal problems that affect my personal finance and so bank accounts when I contacted Luis (my account manager) over the phone he was more than willing to help me to find a solution that fits my needs at the moment. He was always getting back to me with new updates and ways/ideas of what should be my next step. All employees at this branch, seriously EVERYONE was always helpful, made me feel welcome just like they enjoyed their job! Many new faces though this years but seniors always made sure to train them to keep up the excellence in customer service.I usually don't write reviews but as we (MB customer) learned early last month, this branch will no longer exists and wanted to let you know that your good customer service has been greatly appreciate it and I only hope that 5/3 Bank can make this transition smoothly.”

To the girl complaining about being asked to leave the parking lot, even if a cop sees you, he will ask you to leave too. It's common sense, they are being protective of the bank and afraid you are planning to break in etc.”

“Recently I closed on a Home Equity Loan at the St. Charles branch, at North Ave and Kirk Rd. We made several changes that made it complicated. Donna Ibarra was our Personal Banker and she went above and beyond and was both patient and very helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to open my commercial business account with the bank, and everyone bent over backwards to help, including Donna, Jackie Lange and Tim Dawe. (I took a lot of all three of their times so I feel I know them well.) My favorite thing is how special and important they make me feel whenever I go into their branch. Other banks I deal with act inconvenienced and I feel like a number. I am definitely satisfied and plan to do much more business with them in the future. The whole experience has been terrific. Oh, they are all very friendly too. I definitely recommend them!!”

“I Desperately need to close my account temporarily and this man whose name I sadly can’t remember, stuck his neck out a little bit for me and since I forgot my ID I had to haul back home and haul back I was like 2 minutes late past close, doors were locked but he still came to unlock them for me.
