“Andy fixed my son’s screen by replacing it. iPhone 17, with giant white strip down the face of the screen. The only option was to replace. The fee was reasonable $250 all in and much less than replacing a 4 month old phone.
If the replacement screen had been in stock it would have been even quicker. Once in stock (2 days later) I dropped the phone off at 1:30pm. By 3:05pm same day, the phone was ready. The tech also communicated clearly and left me a message about the ordered screen being delivered as expected. Overall great job quick and done well. Thanks!”

“I called to talk about a problem I have been experiencing and asked if Joe had any suggestions. Joe took a good 15 minutes to run through my situation (TV being blamed for XFinity DVR problems) and helped me find an alternate plan to having my TV serviced when there is a possibility the TV isn't the actual problem. After a good conversation, I will try Joe's plan. No charge for the advice time spent with me. Should the TV be determined to require a repair - I know who will be fixing it! Actual customer service. “I had a wonderful experience when I went in this morning desperately needing a need key fob. The young gentleman help beyond my expectations. They didn't have my exact fob at their location. So he called around and then management for it. He found it and the a manager had one with them and was stopping in the Elgin today. Few hours later they called. When I went back the young lady there help program and cut the new key pretty quickly. Great customer service!”

“Saul did a good job finding out what was wrong with our oven within 15 minutes. Explained to me exactly what the potential issues were and how they could be fixed.
When he was looking for the needed parts, it was determined the parts were no longer available. So we need to find a new oven, but Sears and Saul did a great job.”
