I have called five times now over the course of two days to inquire about physician loans and not once has anyone answered. What a joke.

The manager in the Geneva branch has gone above and beyond in her helping me with an account issue that was my fault. I heard a lot of negative things about Fifth Third, but I saw first hand how helpful and professional they are. I would highly recommend them.

Don't bank here or any fifth third, it's a joke.I have called and called to schedule an appt to close my account, but can't seem to get anyone on the phone. When I stop in, there's hardly anyone working, and they basically just tell me to go to a different branch.
