Thanks to HLF I am more motivated than I have ever been about being fit. I look and feel stronger after about a year of consistant training. The coaches are great and I can honestly say they are my friends. I look forward to many year of training at higher level fittness.

I have been working w Higher Level Fitness for 3 weeks now, after struggling w an injury for a year and 1/2 w subsequent weight gain and not being able to lose any of it. 3 weeks in w this group and down 10#, all w gaining muscle!

Love the exercise program. After just 1 week I had noticed a difference in my energy level and after a few weeks I was able to do things I hadn't been able to do without getting out of breath. The trainers are awesome and classmates are helpful and encouraging.
