Great workout & friendly people. I did the 6 week boot camp and lost almost 20 pounds. They even offer live training when you're out of town - no videos! The works outs change daily and there's never any boredom.

I've been coming to HLF for the best 5 weeks. I started with the 6 week challenge and not only have I lost weight. I have gained so much strength, energy and sleep better. Coaches are great too! Would highly recommend!!
