You suggested certain repairs and I had no time that day, as I had to get back to work quickly. Awesome problem solving and genuine communication, which is hard to come by in today’s world. Quick solutions like that are one of the many reasons I have frequented this location the past 18 months. Thanks team! (And yes, I did go back for the suggested repairs 2 days later and it was also a great experience). I also realized after the fact he is the store manager, and as a former retail manager, it made me even happier the head honcho is the man. Top to bottom leadership is quite present at this location and extremely important to people like me!
