“I own a small record label in Chicago and used Larsen for custom mailers. I can't recommend Larsen Packaging enough. Throughout the process I was well attended to, and felt like their customer service was on point. My order wasn't particularly large, but I felt like a valued customer despite that. I have worked with other packaging companies in the area and the service paled in comparison. If you are in the area and need packaging, you should absolutely start with Larsen with regard to your project.”

“As a truck driver and picking up product from AXIS Warehouse to Canada, I never had a problem here. I have been coming here for a couple of times and it is a positive experience for me. Shipping guys are easy going, forklift drivers are very good and fast. Plenty of room to back up.”

“OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Drop Hook, went well, I got a bad trailer of course that wasn't their fault had 3 bad tires one was flat. Trailer lot in rear can be a bit tight with trailers being very close together, but doable. Ovnp-yes-okay here, had service tech come out n replace tires. Yard hostlers friendly. It's secure n gated facility, if you ovnp the gates in front are closed n locked, just notify yard hostler early for rear exiting. They open in morning, it wasn't a problem for me as I didn't leave until they were open.”
“Route there from I-90 or I-88 take IL-59 exit and proceed to Stearns Rd, proceed westbound to Munger Rd and turn to Schiferl Rd. Bit sleepy hollow, need to keep my eye on them while loading ). Fast loading!”

“Flatbed loading lumber…. Was pretty easy to check in…. Need an appointment…. I guess they are strict on that…. I was 20 mins early and had no problem to go get loaded…. The forklift guys are alright…. A language barrier with some of them…. It took them a bit longer than expected to get loaded but wasn’t terrible…. Strap down and check out and go! They stop at 3pm and last appointment is 2:30pm…. You probably can overnight sleep down there…. It’s down by BNFS rail yard!”
“Fast in and out, but make sure that you tell them if you have additional stops otherwise they unload the whole trailer and tell you that everything is good, no other comments just that everything is good, but very easy to deal with”
“I delivered there a lil bit ago. Checked in at 0950 for a 1000 am appt. Had me in a dock quick. Off property with signed BOLs by 1045 and no lumper fee to unload a whole truck. The lot was kind of tight to maneuver around in but the speed of which I was unloaded was superb. Staff seemed friendly yet busy. Place seemed great. Other than the tight yard it was perfect for me.”

“Only thing is the non -consensual agreement they have with taking a picture of you ,and your license in their data base which is illegal,and unconstitutional. Which will lead to a class action law suit against them in regards of rights being violated of privacy. I suggest change that or at the minimum give out a consent form to fill out in regards of this policy of taking identification of a driver”

“Amazing experience, as usual, at Costco. We came to purchase an inexpensive 55" set for the patio. In the process, we contemplated many high-end screens and one beautiful 100+ inch oled. We had a fun visit, did some grocery shopping, and left with the perfect tv.”
