Our issue after several calls, miscommunications and days was solved when a local repairman came out and fixed the serious issue ( wiring).At about the same time we had internet issues. We called Madison. We had ONE CALL. Perfect interaction, comprehension & our amazing internet back up and running after exchanging out an outdated box.I have had Madison communication since I’ve lived here (8+years). I grew up at Bell & retired from AT&T. I can compare the overall service as Madison is far and above the better.”
