“Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“I am only giving a 5 star review for the store manager and the male worker there. I pre paid online for my rental, when I got to the place the guy told me I had to call a 1800 # and cancel my reservation and repay with credit card, I was pissed. I was upset with everything I had to go though but she and him were nice and dealt with me.”

“I used the Enterprise in Steger Illinois, the people that work there are awesome! Very helpful, polite and all around great guys! I was very satisfied with my vehicle also. Special shout out to Victor p the manager over there, he runs the show like a pro! I would also like to add another employee that I dealt with, her name is Chanel Howard , she is also at the Steger location. Very professional, extremely polite, extremely helpful.
