“This location was going downhill BAD, but since the NEW management and staff got in, it's doing 100% better! They are all so nice and helpful and the store is looking great...with time it will be spic and span ??”
“Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of product priced well. More generic brands than well known named brands. Meat products and produce are good and a variety is offered. Some of the coolers were being worked on and it was interesting to see how quickly they worked on them compared to brand named grocery stores that can take weeks before coolers are fixed. Good variety in frozen foods despite some coolers down. They work to keep carts in the store and not just sitting out in the parking lot.”
“This is now a Dollar Tree Plus and it's cute to see the items they offer online. Everything is clearly marked if it's more than $1.25. Staff could be a little friendlier and helpful.”
“This place is always well stocked. My complaint is when cashiers leave the line and leave customers standing and waiting. I encountered Verleane(sp) a cashier who asked about my reward...I replied, I just wanna but my products and leave..her reply was "customers " ? I said I never get anything off, she replied, "well everyone else does" not sure what her issue was that day, but please keep personal opinions to yourself" . Will be back, I really like this location.”

The best part of my trip was meeting Tim, who was not only very knowledgeable about their products but offered suggestions that had not occurred to me. His assistance was greatly appreciated.”
“I just had the most wonderful experience. My daughter fell asleep on the way to the store so I had to carry her throughout the store. While it was my turn at the register the lady behind me offered to put my items on the belt for me, the cashier (wish I paid attention to get her name) pulled the cart around and loaded it for me, the lady that was in front of me waited for me to check out to help bring the cart/ bags out and the lady that helped put my items on the belt had her nephew bring my bags to my car. I was a little worried at how I would do all of this with my daughter sleeping but these amazing people and the amazing cashier didn’t even blink an eye to help me. I am so thankful/great fun that there are still good people out there that are willing to help people they don’t know. If it wasn’t for them I would have had a very hard time checking out and getting to the car. Tear jerker of the day, I got very lucky. God is good, bless them?*edit*My receipt says the sales associate was Candice! I hope that is right because she deserves the praise and a raise!”
“The employees are usually nice & usually have everything in stock. Kali Beauty store is in the same building as Dollar General, so Maps keeps asking me how my shopping experience was at Kali Beauty & I didn't go there ?”
“People must be taking drinks without paying, there were empty bottles around the store. The cashiers are always very pleasant. I shop here for the "Totally Awesome" brand of cleaning supplies.”

“I like going to this Dollar General when I don't want to shop at the grocery store. This DG has everything, canned goods, soda, cleaning products, OTC medications, make-up, everything. Very convenient and the employees are always helpful and courteous. I know they work very hard there.”
“Today there was an experience where a lady with kids ended up breaking a whole aisle full of glasses and the two ladies working were so good about how they handled it. The store was as clean as it could be it's an older store and the staff that was on duty today was beautiful.”
“Happened to shop here for the vitamins here aren't too expensive. The fruit and accessories are to good to come by. I likely shopped to the extent of essential items such as q tips and shampoo and razors. The use of purchasing a iTunes card at the reasonable credit also helps. Nevertheless a great store to come through and shop.”
“Dollar Tree was a better experience this time. The line was getting long and there were seniors in the line. A second line was opened to move the seniors. That was the most thoughtful thing I've ever seen a Dollar Tree employee do. This is normally a semi-busy location.”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dollar General located in Lynnwood, Illinois. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. The shelves were all faces and the floors were clean and clutter free. I then met (the manager) Chris. I needed help finding a product, not only did he tell me where to find it but he walked me to it and grabbed it for me as it was out of reach. Next, I had the pleasure of meeting "D" at checkout. There was an issue with the cash register D called Chris up to help and boom the line moved quickly and the young men kept their cool and spoke to every customer going on and out. Great customer service .. and prices! Download their app and go check them out!”

“The store is disorderly but it was the end of the day at 730PM so that's expected. They are also rearranging the store which made it hard to just run in because everything is in different places. The ladies were working hard and looked exhausted. Dollar Tree give them a raise.People also loiter outside.”
