We went in 30 minutes before closing time and they took care of our car(flat),repacked the spare, and had us on the road in less time than I expected. “I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

“I work 6 days a week. So the fact that it's open on Sundays is a big plus for me. I've had to get my brakes fixed and a new set of tires on different occasions. The brakes was a little expensive, but the tires were very reasonably priced. The staff is nice and helpful. And they're becoming my goto car place. Definitely recommend them if you need some work done. You can schedule your appt online. I recommend scheduling for when they open so you can be first in first out. Issac and Jacob were the 2 staff that I worked the most with.”

Had air leaking from three of my truck tires so I pulled in to get them checked. They quickly found the leaks and fixed all three tires on the spot. They were fast, professional, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!”
“I had an amazing experience here. They originally fixed a flat tire, but I needed brakes and an oil change too. I came back the next week for the brakes and oil change and had another very smooth experience. While the service and work were great, the prices were what really sets this place apart. I don’t think anywhere else could be more reasonable. I’ll be back.”
“Great people and great tire prices, but I was disappointed to find that my lug nuts were severely over-torqued. I checked them with my digital torque wrench, and nearly all of them measured between 200–250 ft-lbs, which is far beyond the recommended specification for my vehicle.
It took a large breaker bar and a lot of effort just to remove them so I could torque them properly. I understand that tire shops need to work quickly, but over-torquing wheels to this extent isn't acceptable. Using torque-limiting extensions or finishing with a calibrated torque wrench would help ensure the wheels are tightened correctly.
I hope the owner sees this review and addresses the issue with the team. Over-torqued lug nuts can damage wheel studs, brake components, and especially aluminum wheels. The service and prices were great otherwise, so I'd like to see this corrected to prevent it from happening to future customers.”
“I drive semis for UPS and had a blowout yesterday near mile mark 207 going north on 65. The 6 years I’ve been driving I’ve maybe had 4 tires blow out on me. My dispatch told me they were an hour out. Kyle got there in 32 minutes (yes I had a timer on). He was extremely fast being the tire that was blown was the inner back left trailer which was the same side/direction the traffic is going. Once he got done he brought me the paper work to sign and my triangles I actually completely forgot about!! I thanked him and told him how much i appreciated the quickest turn around ever and he simply let me know.. he loved his job and does the best he can. He told me to drive same and I was back to rolling all within an hour. Kyle, I appreciate you!”

“These people are absolute miracle workers. I brought my car to the Volkswagen dealership twice trying to track down a slow tire leak, and both times they couldn’t find it—sending me on my way to keep refilling my tire weekly.
I finally took my car to TRL, and within 30 minutes they found the leak and discovered a nail in another tire. They patched both for under $100. Beyond the incredible service, they were kind, honest, and clearly not trying to overcharge or upsell.
I will be recommending this auto shop to everyone I know. If you want competent, caring, trustworthy service—this is the place.”

“Fixed two rims for me that were damaged by an object in the road. One rim was cracked and they were able to repair it that day. The other rim was bent and they were able to repair it in about 20 minutes. I would recommend them for your wheels and tires.”
“I was passing through Hammond on a road trip and had to get one of my wheel bearings replaced. I was given the name of Complete Auto Repair by a server at a restaurant the night before. I couldn't be happier! They got me in first thing in the morning, and I was back on the road by noon. Urial, the tech, took the time to show me the extent of my issue and provided advice for the rest of my trip. I was entertained by lively conversation on linguistics among other things, and Bob even asked that I call back to let him know when I finish my journey safely. Price seemed high, but I think it's more a sign of the times than anything. It was 100% worth it for some peace of mind while driving thousands of miles. This is a wonderful, small shop that made me feel like family in less than 3 hours!”
