“I went in for a timing belt job. The crew here definitely went far above my expectations. I dropped my car off, the shop drove me home, and picked me up when my car was ready. I won't detail how far they went above and beyond because I think it was a personal favor, but I'd rate them higher if I could. Timing and oil change just under $1,400. Thanks a bunch everyone!

“Unfortunately my daughter hit a deer so.... in dire need of a vehicle she looked around a little bit and I told her about a couple of nice vehicles on Ken Nelson sales yard.. we ended up going there doing a little talking.... her and Sydney shook hands on a deal... very pleased with the vehicle.. shortly after my vehicle took a turn for the worst ...the first place I headed back to was Ken Nelson.. Sydney greeted us and I told her my story.... her and I shook hands on a deal about a week or so later.. awesome person very informative.. Plus she loves cats 🐱🐱🐱”

“Austin Sheffield at Ken Nelson Auto Group went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. It wasn't even on their lot but that wasn't a problem. They tracked one down and Julie arranged for a driver to go get. It has all the features I was looking for and Austin took time to go over all the controls with me to make sure I felt safe driving. I have a 7 year old and the Zurich shield was a no brainer especially when your a family on the go alot. The process of signing all the paperwork was simple and very easy to understand. This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought from Ken Nelson and I honestly dont think I would go anywhere else they make car buying simplistic.”

“Impressed from start to finish. My family and I broke down on I88 on a Sunday. Alternator failed and required a tow. Was able to call and talk to the owner that day. I do my own repairs in most cases, but it simply wasn’t an option this time.
John was great. Lifetime warranty on the alternator and installed for the price it would have cost me to purchase at the parts store. If Payne Automotive was in my home town, I probably wouldn’t do most of my own repairs.
Would definitely recommend.”

“These guys are professionals!!! Broke down in Dixon, their mechanic showed up very fast and quickly diagnosed a badly leaking radiator. Mechanic called for a tow truck, it showed up in less than a half hour. Towed my trailer back to their yard so i could pick it up later, then hauled my semi and me back to Wheatland, IA for a reasonable price!! Amazing service and very friendly and professional staff, would 100% recommend these guys for all your towing needs!!!!”
