“I had been having problems getting a ride with Enterprise when they said they would pick me up. On several occasions, staff at Abra offered to reach out on my behalf and helped me get where I needed to go. I want to give a special thank you to Lori, who has been absolutely stellar to work with every step of the way, whether it is this repair or previous repairs. The work they do at Abra is excellent and their customer service is the best you'll find! Very trustworthy people who care very much about their customers.”

“I had to take my car back in after getting new tires and a new sensor put on and was having some problems with the tmps signal coming out on all the time. I brought it in today for the second time and they fixed the problem and they emitted it with something they did wrong. They didn't hook up the new sensor to my car so everything is fine and dandy now and I appreciate what they did. I will go back there for more service on my car when I need it”

“I had some major work done on my car motor rebuilt. I was kept informed of what was going on and how long it would take. I dealt with a gentleman named Austin, who kept me up-to-date and understood my frustration. I would recommend work being done there. Also I talked to the mechanic. And he also informed me what was going on with the car, and how much it would cost?No hidden fees”

“Whatever they are paying Patrick it's not enough. He went to the mat with Jeep for me for what should have been a warranty claim that they denied. The guys in the shop made my car look like brand new, they matched the paint and did an immaculate job. And the detail shop had it so clean I was afraid to get in and get it dirty!”

“This was our first experience with at home oil change, tire rotation, and 20,000 mile check. The technician was courteous and professional. He arrived on time and was done in less than an hour. We will request this at home service again and avoid the wait at the garage.”

“I have been a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and its predecessor Bun Austin Chevrolet since buying my first car (well over 40 years ago!) I have always been treated well and felt like a preferred customer (in spite of being just a pretty average consumer.) All service needs my vehicles required were taken care of promptly. All questions I had were answered fully...never experienced "manspeak" ...in a venue where it could abound! Like this company very much!”
