“I needed a very specific supply for a personal project I have been working on and wanted to be absolutely sure the product I was looking at was going to be the right match for the project. I called in and spoke with Donna, and I gotta say, it was probably one of, if not the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. If she didn't know it, she called me right back with the answer or best guess if one could not be found. And I might add I was asking some pretty "dumb" questions and she didn't make me feel silly for them. She was incredibly kind and professional. As long as she is there, they will have my repeat business when I need that specialty item for a project!”
