“Wow!! We are a big family on a road trip with young children. Our complicated van started failing us and we pulled in to check and see if we could figure out the problem. Mr. Gary, who was done with his shift and off the clock saw us in the parking lot and came to offer his help. “I just needed my lug nuts tightened on my front tires, I had bought two new tires and rims in my home town and I had had the lug nuts checked after 25 miles, 3 times before I left Indiana. After driving to Effingham, IL.
