“I rarely write reviews or comments, but this is an excellent shop. One of the best I’ve been to in nearly 8 yrs. OTR. Had a One Box replaced here in my 2018 FL in June, and a frayed wiring issue repaired tonight. Fortunately I was in the Joliet area and could get back down here. Night service writer Corey got me in the shop literally within 20 minutes as promised. Everyone here is courteous and professional, and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs both times. Clean and comfortable driver’s lounge; with coffee, snacks, microwave, a shower, laundry, and they run a shuttle to area hotels if you need one as well. Shops around the country could learn a lot from this operation. Absolutely no complaints.”

“My son was on his way home from college to Missouri when he had a car issue near Effingham. I called the shop and Scott was willing to take a look at it late on a Friday afternoon, when other shops were not willing to do that. It ended up being a significant safety issue that they were able to address quickly and get him back on the road. “I only spoke to dust and Sons on the phone when I was looking for parts for my car but they did have the parts that I needed which is really nice because a lot of people do not right now at this moment in time so but they were very nice and if they didn't have what you wanted you could discuss like other places and they would do their best to get you stared in the right direction and highly recommend”

“Gotta say that 5 stars doesn't seem like enough, and even breaking down at rest stop in the middle of nowhere. I would say they make it feel like it should be that way everywhere, and that's truly a understatement in my personal opinion. Brian was quick to look into our Ram that was dropped off in the middle of the night, and when we called them he was already working on it. I swear I am beyond grateful for this place, because they're definitely top notch people who actually care about their customers they serve.”

Don't believe those who sais the Dealership has no shuttle quite the opposite they can give you a ride to any hotel at your choice even to a 5star one. “I cannot rate Northside Ford or AJ with the pre-owned side of the dealer highly enough!We broke down in the middle of a Sunday night on the interstate 5 hrs from home. AAA towed us to this service station and at 7:30 Monday morning we were waiting at the door. Our Nissan initially could not be diagnosed at the Ford dealer, however one of the mechanics had an excellent idea, and decided to take a look anyway, getting us on the road early morning.He recognized the issue from a previous job, and he talked through the issue that we thought we were encountering with us and let me stand with him while he was looking at the car outside. He was able to quickly find the problem and clean the sensor getting us on our way.North side Ford saved us from a second tow, I made an important meeting, and was able to avoid the rental car and hotel game for another night. Any chance I get to sing their (and AJ!) praises or give them business I will.Thank you!”

“My son's band, Scarlet View, is on tour as I write this note, in my 40' RV. They had a tire failure, one of my biggest worries, in Joplin on Sunday, April 28th at 3:30PM. I called Goodyear's national emergency roadside service line, and they put me in touch with a local technician that was skilled, prompt, and - most importantly - fixed the problem without an up-sell. They were back on the road by 5:00, and made their show in time. Thanks, you guys.”
