12 minutes in the drive thru and still no service. customer service is very poor here. then they service a person who arrived after did. shameful service

You can deposit 30,000 and they will tell you no bathroom leadership at this facility must have have a inside connection. This has been so for years. Customer service should be for all and not so at this location in Streamwood.
