Every time I go there this woman banker working with customers - not the tellers- is not helpful. I wonder why Chase bank hire people like that.

Same as another reviewer, I was making a deposit, it was mostly cash but also contained some change. I was told they "don't take coins". What kind of bank isn't equipt to process coins and doesn't accept US currency??

Chase treats people like a number. They couldn’t care less about you as a customer. This branch is no different. Don’t expect to get treated like an actual human being here. They don’t care about you, they just want your money.

I had to meet with a Personal Banker to change one of my accounts. She was on time, meet me with a smile, very nice and efficient.

Very rude supervisor on duty. I have been with Chase bank for past 20 year and I was treated very badly by supervisor on duty.

Learn how to listen it’s pretty simple. Won’t be back to this branch. Search my name and figure out how you did your job wrong.

I banked here starting in 2006, until I learned that Chase the is the single biggest funder of fossil fuels. Since the Paris climate accord was signed, Chase has funded more than $250 billion on coal, oil, and gas projects. While the world in burning, Chase is pouring oil on the flames. I can't in good conscience use such an organization as my bank.

Refused to help elderly with disabilities during this pandemic. Company has not adjusted to the covid situation to help their customers knowing that not everything is open fully. Don't really care for their customers.

Why is Chase bank not open in the lobby during this pandemic? Are banks not completely essential? The state opened up on June 1,2020 and it’s now July 13, 2020! Not enough staff and very inconvenient . I will go back to a smaller private bank.

If I could give Chase Bank no stars I would. How is a bank not an essential business? Most other banks are open to walk in freely, but not Chase! Ridiculous !

I went here to change my name on the account on my only day off for the next 2 months. The teller, Cynthia, worked with me but did not process anything properly. I start work before they open and get off after they close. Now, I wont he able to deposit any checks until I get a chance to stop by because Cynthia could not do her job.
