Trying to get a joint checking account with my father who I have conservatorship of. Lots of unanswered questions but this goes with any account I try to set up. It seems. Security for the elderly is a good thing, but anything that seems like a simple task tends to take three visits to any place I go.

Originally came to this location and was not happy. Went back because I believe in second chances. Every visit back to this location has been smooth, peaceful, and quick. Every member I've worked with has been helpful. Regina, Michael, and Paula solved and 16 month problem for me in 5 minutes. I almost cried.
