O'Reilly's customer service is very good, they greet you right away, ask if you need any help, and then follow through. Parts that I have bought there have been of good quality, and the prices are in line with other parts stores.

As the former ASM of streamwood Oreilly I want to give credit to all the employees I worked closely with at this location! Everyone is very knowledgeable and hard working they each strive to listen to each customers needs and help them completely to the best of their capabilities! The greatest bunch to work with! I now am the ASM OF THE SCHAUMBURG LOCATION ON BARRINGTON RD AND I have a very great team that I work with and we all help each other and help our customers with the intent to give 5⭐️ Service! Hand down my favorite Oreilly’s in the state and I have been to soo many I can’t even count. Thank you Laurie and the rest of the staff here for always being so polite helpful and willing to find the answers even when you don’t know. Great job!

I needed wipers for the Wife's car ASAP. I went online, ordered and on her way to work she stopped in just as the store was opening... They not only installed them, they showed her a BOGO offer on a better set of blades at a lower price... Good customer service... Thanks.
