U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Streamwood provides truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage solutions. The property is noted as clean, well-maintained, and secure. Many reviews highlight a specific employee for being kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. This staff member worked hard to assist guests, demonstrated equipment, and resolved issues such as helping customers access a locked storage unit. The site manager was also understanding in resolving a billing misunderstanding about a truck return. The process of picking up and dropping off equipment is generally described as easy. However, one difficulty involved adding an extra driver to a rental, as it could not be done online or with the available staff, which delayed a move. Overall, the location is seen as a big brand company that cares, with staff accommodating guests to create a less stressful moving and storage experience.
They worked with me to discount me a bit on my rental. Kudos to Johnny and Tamila! Beautiful job. You both showed me that you appreciate customers.
