After many years of using U-Haul,
The Hoffman Estates U Haul’s experience has reigned best. Every interaction is positive, every employee is polite, patient and professional, and the GM Marisol, is very understanding and accommodating. Always appreciate their services every visit.

I visited this particular location numerous times throughout my recent move. I was always met with efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Far superior to other Uhaul locations that I've used in the past.
