Also they stated would not put in for me I drove 20 minutes farther since I moved out of sugar grove to visit sugar grove auto zone, they have always helped us and provided excellent customer service.”

“They were so nice and as a women I am always afraid that when I go into any kind of mechanic or auto body shop that they'll think I don't know what's wrong with my car or that they'll try to sell me something I don't need and they didn't do that at all. He took a look at my car and said he'd take a look in the back. About 10 or so minutes later he comes and tells me what was wrong and how he fixed it. “I am a trucker from Raleigh, NC who was stuck N Minooka, IL needing 4 batteries with no way 2 get them because it was Sat & Mike was the only 1 working. He initially offered 2 bring them 2 me when he got off @ 1200hrs rather than me have 2 pay a mobile mechanic an additional $100 fee 2 pickUp the batteries. Next he told me that had an even better solution & called his wife Bridgette who was up the street from me. She volunteered 2 come by & pickUp my cores & then bring me the 4 new batteries. She even refused 2 accept payment 4 doing this. There R still wonderful God-like people N this crazy selfish world. Thank U Mike 4 going above & beyond the call of duty & 4 your excellent customer service. Lastly thank God that U married a jewel such a Bridgette. She is truly a Queen. My business needed the stain for residential properties in that area and we had to delay our start date, hence lowering our bid, hence lost $At least correct the on hands at this location so next season there is actually product on shelf.However, many times in past, I've received what was needed for Fence Stain Properties in the years prior.”

But after the problems escalated, I had to call Brie like 600 times because of my various issues… Including having no other vehicle and had to get back together to go to work.She was awesome throughout it all!
