“My cardiologist told me I needed to start wearing compression stockings. I did an online search and found Oswald’s in Geneva. Terri was terrific - she answered all my questions, took measurements and suggested several pairs. I liked them all, and a couple hours later went back for another color. So glad I found this place! No doubt I’ll be back for another pair soon…”

“I have the pleasure of writing this review on Matt Anseger, pharmacist at Osco on Prairie in St Charles (if i am hacking the name i apologize im trying to read your name tag in the video). I write great reviews for those who go above and beyond and who are deserving of this accolade. Matt, you are a consumate professional and deserve the title of professional with heart. My wife came in 4/26/26 in the afternoon to pick up my medications after I spent 5 days in the hospital for open heart surgery. She is exhausted as I am after going through this with me. You allowed her to video record your personal Instructions so she had them right..What a great descriptive personal video it was. You left my wife stress free and guess what? We switched pharmacies for this visit from the awful Walgreens on Peck Rd. We are now customers for life. Matt, again thank you from the bottom of my heart, this is an experience I will never forget. Please Osco see to it that he is rewarded for this. This is an example of what we are lacking in society everywhere. Matt Andseger ladies and gentlemen 🙏the definition of excellence!”

“Good place open late. Only thing is I said multiple times have a good night. I said thank you to the cashier once I was leaving. I understand that it’s late and you had a long shift but hey one you’re welcome one have a good night. It goes a long way, especially when I said it over three times so yeah maybe just have a good night, sir have a good day, sir would go a long way when I say have a good night, the cashier looked at me and didn’t even say anything maybe have some manners and say something back like have a good night or even just give me a response rather than just ignoring me I mean I get it it’s late but have some manners. I just told you to have a good night. I didn’t cause any problems and I’m just asking you thank you and have a good night and you decide to just not answer anything I say. This happened at 11:52 PM at the cashiers lane Next time have a better attitude, and if I’m causing you a problem, which I clearly didn’t maybe it’s time to find a new job.”

You all continue to uplevel care and exceed expectations for ultra thorough, double-checked accuracy and above and beyond brand compatibility with my allergens. The pharmacists excel in patient consultation for prescription needed medication - instructions & expertise shared in detail. The technicians are very adept administering vaccines. Recently, information was provided to me about an updated pneumonia strain vaccine alert to discuss with my primary care physician, as well as an outstanding vaccine on my radar. Insurance coverage is maximized full throttle. Alternative prescription medications are recommended by pharmacists for full insurance coverage, when needed. Thank you all so much!”

“I had a fantastic experience at the pharmacy! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant one. I want to give a special shoutout to the pharmacist, Jazmin, who went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. When one of my medications wasn't in stock, she took the time to call other locations. At my last pharmacy, it was my responsibility to call different pharmacies to see if they had my medicine in stock. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. This pharmacy needs to keep her at all costs! I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for great service.”

I cannot recommend this Genoa Healthcare pharmacy enough. I recently had a medical emergency and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but the team here, especially Batool and Sara, were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and acted quickly to help me get what I needed. They turned a really bad day around for me.
But it's not just about emergencies. Every single time I go in or call, they are friendly, understanding, and treat you with dignity and respect. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help. “Prices are high but that's to be expected at Walgreens some things are the same price as Jewel-Osco like milk sometimes and it's a whole lot quicker to get in and out then the bigger stores plus evening staff that works there seems to be a whole lot nicer than the daytime people which makes it a bigger plus to go at night.”

“The people are always kind and helpful. The store is always well stocked and kept clean and tidy. The pharmacy is amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. The cashiers know how to do how to do everything, they never keep you waiting. You can always find help in the aisles, if need be. The parking lot especially by the handicap parking out front, tends to be littered a lot. Other than that, we love our Walgreens and the people that work there.”

“I had to get my tonsils removed yesterday and the person who has been helping me at the pharmacy has made the experience so much easier. His name is Abdalla (apologizes if this is not spelled correctly) but he was so kind, polite, and so incredibly helpful in every way. I have several chronic illnesses and have spoken to probably over 70 different pharmacy technicians over the years and he has the most composure, best customer service attitude, and the kindest voice of anyone I've ever spoken to. He was incredibly helpful in aiding me in getting my medication filled and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for his help. I know the job isn't easy, as I've worked retail and fast food. People can be unkind on both ends, however Abdalla doesn't seem to he one of those people. Thank you for making this easier for me, and for making my day better in a time where I am in pain. I wish you the best success in life, and I hope there is a promotion or a raise for this man at some point in the near future. He deserves it 110%.”

“This pharmacy - pharmacist and staff have their act together. Professional and polite and truly Want to help you. They go out of their way. Previously used Jewel- Osco on route 30 Oswego.
They have gone downhill like Walgreens.Where did all the good pharmacists and techs go?
Have given them 3 chances to fill scripts and have been told they are ordering my meds for next day and then have been told they never come in after I am there at night to pick up. Where is the decency to call and tell me? Even their texts don’t update leading you to believe they are ready.
Two days later I could have called around to other places who had it in stock. No apologies just excuses. When you are sick you need your meds.
Maybe they could learn decency from Sugar Grove!”
