Was a great experience the first time with very friendly and helpful services. The second time i went in there i was met with a very very rude individual. I waited to be helped and got responded with “you know theres a self service right” in a very rude tone. No i didn't know there was a self service because i had only been in a ups once before and even if i did know then id probably be waiting to speak to a human if i was waiting at the front. She didn't help me at all with processing my returns and got angry when i told her my needs and she ignored them. She seemed very angry and distasteful the ENTIRE time. The whole experience makes me not want to go back. I had great help at the aurora ups so i recommend them over sugar grove.

I recently came in, and witnessed two employees being berated by a woman. I just want to say that the professionalism and patience exhibited by both women was amazing. If it had been me, I wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool being spoken to the way they were. It takes a lot to keep a level head when someone is speaking to you like you are beneath them. I was honestly appalled with the way they were being treated. People - do better!!
I have ALWAYS received amazing customer service at this store and I give props to the employees for handling the situation with calm, kind, professionalism. I come here often and I have never had any issue.

Seems like I’m not the only one with shipping issues here. I was in yesterday, and was trying to go about how to ship my large item. The tall dirty blonde/light brown woman behind the counter told me she wasn’t taking my package today (yesterday). Ummm I don’t think you can just decide not to do that? I will in fact be calling corporate. I also had to speak loud because no matter what I said she felt she could cut me off while talking or ignore any questions I had. If I had been swearing and screaming I’d get it, but absolutely not. Honestly who ever raised that woman should be ashamed.I would never go back there again, I’d rather drive a million miles to return something by hand then ever go there again. Then the second woman tried to answer questions and tells me I can use a shipping bag and when I go to confirm with my item and that she says “ oh no you can’t do that” clearly this facility is ran by a bunch of lost causes. Good luck to any who goes.

I’m a regular customer at The UPS Store in Sugar Grove, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile, which makes the experience that much better.
On my most recent visit, I went in for an Amazon return and to ask about their printing services. The employee helping me explained that the person who usually handles printing wasn’t in, but he did his best to assist and then took down my information. The very next morning, I received a call from a very friendly woman who answered all my questions clearly.
I truly appreciate that the employee didn’t try to guess or give me the wrong information but instead made sure I got the right help. That extra effort and follow-through really shows their commitment to customer service. Highly recommend this location!

I tried to get info and assistance Noone was in the store which was open. Noone answered when I called multiple times.I left and will find a way to send my prepaid medical pkg at another location. This one is totally wothless.

The UPS Store in Sugar Grove is a fantastic and convenient resource for so many services. I have used them for packing, shipping, Amazon returns, shredding, notary services, and more. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. I get in and out quickly and the prices for their services are reasonable. Can't function without this place!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at UPS! Superheroes come in all shapes and sizes, Nicole!! I appreciate the help from the bottom of my heart. You made me look like a hero today, but it was your kind heart that did all the work! Again, thank you for everything.
