“I went into this store and found a small line of 2-3 people ahead of me. The guy working there, Allison, was so efficient! He got everyone taken care of so fast- I think I waited 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone that left before me was happy with their service and thanked him while he walked them out. When he got to me he was so pleasant. He helped me call around to schedule a phone repair, (which I could've done myself, but he ended up doing it for me) showed me new phone options without pressuring me to buy something now or making the explanations overwhelming/sales pitch-y, and helped me make the billing adjustments I needed. Literally, I have never had a better store experience with a phone company ever, and this guy is definitely helping AT&T retain it's customers through annoying phone and billing situations.
