“I had my battery replaced on my iPhone 13 Mini, one of the few shops that had batteries for this low selling iPhone. I appreciated the messages after I scheduled the repair, which was just a few days from when I scheduled. Thanks to this, I disconnected Apple Pay and Find My so the iPhone was ready for the battery replacement. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the man at the front desk took my phone and the case and brought it to a technician. The shop has a big and comfortably padded couch where people can wait. I listened to my favorite podcast on lifting culture and bodybuilding using a portable MP3 player. I was surprised that in just exactly half an hour later my phone was ready and the battery had been replaced without incident. I did not realize that replacement batteries are at zero when shops receive them. My iPhone was at 16 percent. The shop was gracious enough to charge the phone for 10 minutes to boost my level to 27 percent so I had plenty of charge for the trip home. I have a pocket cell phone charger. I wish I brought it. An advisory for customers to bring their portable cell phone chargers would have been helpful. Yet, I easily made it home on the charge I had with the brand new battery. I had great service and a quick repair with no problems whatsoever. Thanks guys for making this so smooth.”

“I was having trouble setting up my new phone. I finally ran into Jack today. He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. “I had a great experience with Chicago Cell Phone Repair. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. this past Sunday and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The technician was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He explained everything clearly and was very responsive throughout the repair.
I dropped off my phone and received a call about an hour later letting me know it was already fixed and ready for pickup. I was honestly impressed by how fast the turnaround was. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and I never felt like I was being overcharged.

“AT&T was not the store of my direction that day, the store a cut rate outfit had gone out of business. Across the street was an AT&T store, which I inquired, thinking the price would be far too high for my budget!
But that was not the case Brian, the gentleman who served me was extremely polite always on point. Brian fixed me up with a plan that was $25 cheaper than my previous carrier, and my first iPhone was connected with a smile and good personality all around the store!
By habit, I just hate shopping, surprisingly I enjoyed this experience. Brian is a great sales person.!”
