“I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. “My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. We are new to the whole U-Box experience, and the knowledgeable and very professional staff at this location made it a breeze, and left us with confidence for doing it again soon. “Great morning, Great morning Great morning I apologize but I had to go back and put names in this review because these people were truly amazing and I want them to know that one thing I do know is that we tend to make it a big deal when we complain, but a lot of people don’t make it a big deal when they get great customer service And with that being said, the young lady that I encounter, she is a worker her name is Ashley the two young men at the counter. Their names were Vince and Christian, and their supervisor’s name is Lindsay, so kudos to Lindsay for such an amazing staff!!!!! 100% goes out to Brighton Park location I highly recommend this UHaul rental and storage place. Ashelyis amazing; she’s a young woman checking in trucks and Equipment on the outside and interacting with customers. She was fantastic, with a great attitude early in the morning when most people aren’t, so I really appreciate that. I met two young men at the counter—one checked me out the day before, and the other on my return. Vince and Christan I initially thought they were the same person, but we both looked at the names, then I said, are you guys? brothers, and that was a no, overall they’re really good friends.,but they were both excellent. The store is clean, and the staff were very informative. Products were available, and I don’t care how far I have to drive—I will return to this store whenever I need a truck or rental space, or just for top-notch customer service. Thank you all. I will definitely consider you and recommend you all in the future.

A very nice clean room in fact the inside is very nice no clutter cars management is there to help and assist.They have racks etc means of getting tour storage to your rented room. I love their exit doors where you excess in case of emergency besides coming in and going out.Very clean very cleanAnd everything works I. His use”
