“I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. Everytime I go to the south loop location I cannot wait too see Mia because she is always extremely helpful and makes my Visit go by smoother and quicker. “Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”

“I've rented my share of trucks,, vans and trailers and my experience at Uhaul in Lincoln Park was the best! I specifically reserved here because I wanted to be sure to get a cargo van, not whatever was available at a random garage. We arrived right at opening on a Friday and checked out within minutes. The van we rented was ready to go - clean and easy to drive. We returned it 11 hours later (had rented it for the day, so 24 hours) and return was easy peasy. The people who work at this location are friendly and helpful and the equipment was excellent! Thank you, Uhaul of Lincoln Park!”
