1st and last time customer. $47 plus TIP for a basic hand wash and vacuum??? NOTHING was wiped. Middle console and doors is considered a detailing and would be double the price?? Yea no thanks. if you wanna be nickel and dimed come here. They don’t EXPLAIN what is included . They just give you a ticket and push extras on you and tell you to wait in that cold waiting hall. Terrible up charging- I feel scammed.

So went over the weekend. They usually do a good job. This time other guy was there. Price went up. My mat had something sticky on it and they never washed it my inside windows was not done. I just don’t get it. 55$ later just to say I will not be going there again. I work hard for my money for some young guy that don’t want to do their job right customers pay. Well one bad apple lost this customer. So disappointed ☹️
Do better young one and maybe you can get your chips.

Worst car wash you can go to. Did a horrible job cleaning the interior and exterior of my Mercedes. They damaged my car mat and car seat protector. They claim it was charcoal marks. WTH would charcoal do in the back seat under my daughter’s car seat??? The owner was very disrespectful and wouldn’t admit to their mistake. Immediately began fighting back and wouldn’t give us a chance to explain what’s going on. Seems fishy and like this isn’t the first time they hear this complain. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. multiple spots not cleaned and a burn mark. Horrible place

Hands down one of the best auto spas in the Chicagoland area. I brought my car in for a full detail and was seriously impressed by the level of care and professionalism. The team took their time and made sure every inch of my car looked flawless — from the deep clean on the interior to the high-gloss finish on the outside. You can tell they know cars and take real pride in their work.
The shop is clean, the crew is friendly, and the service is fast without cutting corners. It’s not just a basic wash — it’s real auto care. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle to look like it just came off the showroom floor. I’ll definitely be coming back.

They take their time here but the end result is really good. I believe it’s under new ownership. My car was cleaned extremely thoroughly. Very pleased.
