About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Swansea offers a clean, sanitized, and low-touch rental experience, with a friendly and helpful staff. Customers can find convenient locations across 7,000+ sites in nearly 100 countries and territories, making it easy to start their next adventure. The Swansea location received positive feedback, with staff like Dave and Rob providing excellent service and assistance with the rental and sales process. However, the Swansea location was also noted for not always having the reserved vehicle and not informing customers of early closings, leading to additional charges. In contrast, the Milwaukee airport location was praised for its pleasant rental experience. Overall, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is recommended for its convenient locations, responsive staff, and ability to meet customer needs, though the Swansea location may have some room for improvement.
