I requested the car in the photo and it was not available. I didn't even know how to get the car started as the gears and parking issues were not explained to me. The car was not very clean. It had beach sand all over. So, this explains my 4star rating. The lady at the counter was very kind.

I’ve rented from this location a few times before with some hiccups. But now, there’s a new owner and I must say that dealing with this new owner has been nothing but amazing. In and out process! Very friendly and communicative. Definitely will be back.
