“This place is typically a mad house with so many folks waiting then you have the idiots who pull in the wrong way! Apparently they can’t read the signs that say exit or know that the nozzle is long enough to reach across their vehicle. I really wish there was a way to shut off the pump on the people who think they are too good to wait in line and pull in the wrong way! If you can’t follow the rules or even bother to read you shouldn’t be able to get gas! If you go after 7:30pm there is typically much less wait time if any at all.”

“Thank you, Natasha! I placed an order to be delivered to my granny but forgot to include the building access code. I tried calling the 800 number, but they said they couldn’t help. I then called the O'Fallon store in Illinois and spoke with Natasha. Not only did she assist me, but she also followed up with a text to let me know a note was left for the driver. Great service! I live out of state and rely on these deliveries to get my granny's items to her door.”

“I really can't say enough about how much I love getting my prescriptions here. They answer the phone when you call, just like in the days of yore. They know who you are and what health conditions you have. I don't know of any other pharmacy that does it like this, and I love it. Their hours are a little shorter than a Walgreens or CVS, and I don't think they have online access, but the human touch makes up for that and then some. If you miss the experience of a small, family-owned pharmacy, this is it in Belleville. However, if you enjoy automated phone menus and overworked/undertrained/underpaid staff, by all means keep your scripts at CVS.”

“The Sam's Club in OFALLON is is great wholesale warehouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and the prices are very reasonable even if there are only two of you in the house. They usually have the best gas prices in the Metro East. We got a premium membership which paid for itself with the purchase of a full set of tires. They also have a discount pharmacy which is very helpful. We have also purchased batteries at significant savings. The bulk purchases are great for stocking your pantry or buying for the office or shop.”

“like the store. Pharmacy is better than CVS down the street. I don't really care for the pharmacy app, especially when I get a notification saying medication is ready only to drive there and it's not ready yet. Also, if there is an issue with an medication script accidentally being sent to wrong place first they say that they can't fill medication scrip until other place where it was cancelled until code cancellation has been returned to insurance. They say it's a refill that can't be filled because it's been too soon even though the actual medicine scrip hasn't been filled the first time and it's verified that it hasn't been filled yet. Hard to get and take medicine that you need when they say they can't help but are willing to fill the prescription if I pay full cash price out of pocket. I still don't understand that one.”

She is always on top of my prescriptions. sometimes she doesn't have the refill from my doctor and she makes sure that i get my refills. She calls my doctor's office and will fax them as well. The people at my clinic are hard to get a hold of but Doris is tenacious and keeps after them. I really enjoy her and appreciate all that she does. She gives 200% effort.”

“Had to make note of the excellent service I received today at this location inside Schnuck's. I had contact with a tech and a pharmacist and both were EXCELLENT. I had an unusual prescription request due to some upcoming extended travel. I was expecting it to be a pain, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. Same with the vaccine updates I had before my trip. Really great work with nothing but smiles on the faces of all involved.”
