Had a slow leak and thought I'd stop at Belle Tire to see what they could do. Took about an hour and when they handed me my keys, said "No charge". Who does that anymore? Definitely will return for my next set of tires.

We bought tires for my child as an early Christmas present, since they were needed. Belle Tire has good reviews so we went with them.
I am not blaming them for the brake line leak that the vehicle was returned with. It doesn't seem to be leaking from anywhere near the tires. Things sometimes just happen.
I am not blaming them for the fuel line leak that accompanied the brake line leak. They share a track. Things happen.
We have been advised not to bother "throwing good money after bad" by repairing these issues, by a mechanic, who is a brake specialist. There is also a problem sourcing the couplers used on the fuel line, which makes repairing that impossible.
Belle Tire did return the vehicle with the parking brake set, and in such a way that the handle looked like they weren't engaged. That is something I am blaming them for, because that is something that certainly did happen, that someone there did intentionally.
Not only is that concealing damage that they may, or may not, have caused, it created a dangerous situation for a young driver, who now is without a vehicle, but has a nice new set of tires they have no use for.

If you go to this Belle tire Be prepared to be let down and get bad service. When I went in to order tires based on their website they stated that those tires are not in their system so they gave me a deal on a set of alternative tires. They ordered them and i scheduled a time to get them installed. I stated that I would drop my car off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. I even called the day before and they confirmed that the tires had arrived and were ready to be installed. I dropped my car off in the morning of the day when my appointment was scheduled at 9am and put my key in the drop box at 7am. I arrived in the afternoon at 430to pick up my car and they were not able to find the paperwork pertaining to my vehicle. They proceeded to look my name up in the computer and then asked if I put my key in the drop box which I confirmed I did. They proceeded to go out to the drop box and get my key and asked me what I wanted to do. I immediately walked out and will not go back. Why have customers schedule an appointment if your not going to do the work. I work at an automotive performance shop and I will make sure to share my experience.

Scheduled tire rotation and oil change and they didn't Schedule the tire rotation!! That was the main reason for the appointment.

I took my suv in to get one new tire , the appointment was at 6pm. It took an 1 hr and 30 min to get it done . Had multiple people in the back working with very low energy. Didn’t offer any discounts or apologies. I will never come back to this location again .

Ryan and team set me up after I caught a nail in my tire. Transparent with the process, happy to accommodate weird my odd scheduling. Just all around great service.
The mechanic even came out to answer questions as well relating to my alignment.
Very very very happy with the service. I found my tire go to shop!

Long review but worth the read! I purchased new tires from Belle tire about a month ago tires were balanced and vehicle had an alignment. I had a small vibration initially after the new tires were installed. I called the store, explained the situation. They said new tires take a little time to break the tread in if the issue continues to call them back. The issue continued week later I went in to had the tires rebalanced. After the rebalance was done, drove the car continue to have the same issue. I don't know if it's related to the work being done but I also had a TPS sensor go out. When I called to make another appointment to have the vehicle rebalanced I brought up the TPS sensor going out. They said have you checked your battery. I told them the battery is less than a year old. Haven't had issue yet with it. Brought the vehicle back to Belle tire for another balance and to have the TPMS sensor fixed. The manager said they've been having issues with associates not recalibrating the balance machine at the start of the day and they've had some issues over the past couple of weeks with proper balances being completed. After the work was completed, continue to have the issue. I brought my vehicle to Bachman's for a second opinion. They stayed that the balance was out of spec and the tire weights were installed incorrectly. They corrected the issue and the vehicle drives very smoothly now. I purchased Michelin cross climate 2 tires for $1,300. The tires were a very good price but the issue with the alignment, multiple balances being out of spec, having the weights installed incorrectly, and and spending roughly 9 hours at the shop over a course of a couple weeks is enough to bring my business elsewhere. Hopefully they can figure out how to properly train their associates in their future.

This is the second Belle Tire I’ve used for replacement/ repairs and I’ve been extremely happy with the service and speed both times. I had the pleasure of meeting Darrin (sp)? yesterday and his counter service was great! My daughter’s car needed brake repair and it was done by my lunch break after a 9 a.m. drop off. Highly recommend!
