“I had an issue with my auto hold being turned on ( puppy bumped it) I didn't know how to turn it off as I have never used it. The two workers stayed very calm while I worked on getting the directions to turn it off. Both of them attempted to help. The calmness of the workers made an embarrassing situation somewhat bearable. There is a lesson learned in every situation. Bourbon says he is sorry to be such a troublemaker.Services: Car waxing”

“Good people working at this facility, but the machinery doesn’t do as good a job of cleaning as I would have liked. When it was $3 a wash for the basic, it wasn’t a big deal. Now it’s $5 and the entire car doesn’t get cleaned….not a good thing.”
