“As a long time customer of Cricket Wireless I have always been pleased with the interactions I’ve had with all the employees at the Taylorville store. My dad needed a new phone that would pair effectively with his hearing aids and I called the store to discuss options. Kayla was soooo helpful and she took the time to tell me what options I had, and the specs and benefits of each phone. She was so knowledgeable and assured me they could help with anything we needed.
So the following day I took my dad into the store and Regan was the one who assisted us. She too was amazing, so patient, so easy to talk with and also very understanding of the unique needs he had and why he needed a new phone. Even though working with us spilled into her scheduled lunch break, she happily followed through to finish with us and not once did she make us feel rushed.
