“This last Saturday June 27th my family and I drove down from Chicago to purchase a KRX 4 because it was the best priced KRX. I have friends in Effingham and asked about there thoughts on Owen motorsports and they recommended I deal with Bristol. When we arrived he had everything ready for us to get going. Very nice guy to deal with. I got a winch for my KRX and realized I had forgotten it and I called Bristol about and he came to meet me where I was at to drop it off. Went above and beyond”

“I was traveling home and car started acting funky and check engine light came on. I swung by the store and unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but the manager and the other guy at the counter went above and beyond helping me diagnose and even lending me some tools to replace my spark plug, plug wire, and coil and get back on the road. I can’t say enough about how nice it was to actually get help at an auto parts store! They were knowledgeable and really wanted to help! I would recommend this AutoZone to anybody!”

“Outstanding service! Last place I took this car to for the SAME issue had me scared to get it looked at again, to many things replaced to NOT fix the issue. I don't know cars, but i can troubleshoot issues and they were replacing step D and E issues that could be caused by A or B. First call I get from Emmerich's they were straight up and explained common issues with these cars and there was a hole in a tube that seemed to be causing main issues, but couldn't guarantee there weren't other issues. I went ahead and let them fix the issue and get the car back in decent condition. I knew I needed new brakes and rotors, but didn't want to replace if the car wasn't going to live much longer. I had confidence they knew there stuff so got everything done to it for a fair price. Drove the car around and tested it and so far it's driving better than it has in years.”
“I was passing through Effingham, IL on my way from Texas to Indiana when my Ford F250’s DEF system warning light came on. I stopped at a nearby Ford dealership, but they were unable to even look at my truck until the following Friday.
After calling around, I got in touch with Jeff at Scheid Diesel, and I’m so glad I did. He told me to come in right away, and they would take a look. True to his word, they got my truck in that same day, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary part.
Since I needed to stay overnight, Jeff generously dropped me off at a nearby hotel and picked me up the next morning. The part arrived the next day, and within a few hours they had my truck repaired and ready to go.
If I lived closer, Scheid Diesel would be my preferred shop. Their professionalism, quick turnaround, and outstanding customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend them for any diesel repair needs.”

I also had a couple of other minor things done as well. The one thing he repaired looks just like it would've when the truck was brand new. If you need any body work done. “I stopped in at 5:30 in desperate need of something to make temporary repairs to a side window that was smashed out by thieves. One employee went in the back to see if they had any plastic packing material that could be used. He came back with another employee and a piece of scrap plexiglass that just happened to fit down into the window channel. A little painters tape finished the repair. What a life saver. Within minutes I was back on the road to Arizona. I cannot thank you enough Effingham NAPA!”
“I just needed my lug nuts tightened on my front tires, I had bought two new tires and rims in my home town and I had had the lug nuts checked after 25 miles, 3 times before I left Indiana. After driving to Effingham, IL. I wanted to have them checked again before I headed home, Walmart Service Center took care of it and didn't charge me anything even though I bought the tires and rims someplace else.”
