On a previous purchase a several years ago after a year or so that chair had a problem-- they sent somebody out that actually did a repair on it, on site at my house. Never had another problem with that chair”

We were searching for a gently used recliner for a family member with health complications, ended up getting a lift recliner. It was in good shape, everything worked. Their customer service was top notch. We live out of town and before we traveled they sent us a picture to ensure we knew what we were traveling for. Definitely recommend checking them out!
