How this place is still open… I have no clue! No one is ever at the counter….and the pharmacy is a JOKE!!!! Drivethru is always closed because they won’t hire staff. Sucks for handicapped people who read the sign in the drivethru window “short staffed, please come in” only to stand in line for 40 minutes. Taking my business to Walgreens!

This location is just terrible and inconsiderate. I’ve waited almost a week for a prescription and they didn’t even bother telling me that it’s on back order when I told them I was running out they told me I need to call around other CVS locations to see if they have the medication and only then will they transfer the prescription amongst themselves. I Called a different retailer to get the prescription because I had enough of them and after four attempts, they refused to answer the phone in order to transfer the prescription. They waited in excess of 40 minutes and couldn’t wait anymore. These tactics are bad business and terrifying for the patient.

Trying to reach the pharmacy via phone is a test of one's patience. After being on hold for several minutes, the automated system just hangs up on you. This happened 8 times. I never got to talk with someone in the pharmacy. I will be changing locations!!

The worst minute clinic. The doctor just hanging around with no patients and pretend to be busy. Told me there is no walk ins and didn’t suggest me to put my name on the waiting list

Floors are always in need of vacuuming. Always feels so dirty inside. They don't seem to have enough help.Rx was delayed for over 10 days. Out of stock. No help in finding who had it in stock, just it will be a few more days. I wouldn't need a prescription if it wasn't very necessary, they could have been helpful in a timely manor to help me get my necessary medication. Very frustrating.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I always request the same brand medication and if they don't have it, they order it or find it at another store. Pharmacists are overworked so give them a little leverage. The service industry is not always easy

Their hours are listed wrong. But it's not just me, they don't know their own hours either. They sent me to another location they said was open and here I am waiting for them to open to get medicine for my sick daughter. Thanks for nothing.Update after waiting at the mundelein location they told me they also don't have it. The third lake location told me they do have it so they lied on multiple accounts.

I will never go to this location again. After several bad experiences I've decided to write a review. I placed an online pickup order for children's ibuprofen around 8am. By 3:30 I hadn't received an email confirming that it was ready so I went in. Online it showed a 4oz and 8oz a available, however, they only had a 1oz bottle on the shelf. At first the guy said he never received the order. I showed him the order email. The other guy working said he saw something come in that morning. For some reason though, I guess fulfilling pickup orders aren't a priority here. I ended up taking the 1oz bottle, but was charged for the 4oz. Something is wrong with their system.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use, extremely unhelpful and indifferent to customers, especially the woman at the drive thru that another reviewer described. My story is much like some of the others in these reviews and I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as soon as they are up for a refill.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience at CVS Pharmacy in Third Lake. Smelled like weed when you walked in the doors and the pharmacist nor the receptionist cared. Standards are so unbelievely low that it is an absolute disgrace to have this pharmacy exist. They need some training on ALL the staff very unprofessional. Pharmacist and the pharmacist tech were unintelligent that I would question their licenses. I agree with the other reviews that if I could give this a 0 I would and save your time don't go to the CVS pharmacy in Third Lake!

If I could give this place 0 I would, the pharmacist is so rude like unbelievably rude her name is Lisa Irizarry. She told my mom that if she wanted her prescription she would have to DRIVE to WISCONSIN to get it. She’s been filling this prescription at this pharmacy for years. We called before trying to get someone else but she kept answering the phone, she didn’t try to help or find a solution for a medication that my mom needs. It was so frustrating. If you can stay away from this pharmacy please do so.
