Joy at the pharmacy is truly amazing. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Every time I come in, she knows exactly what she's doing and makes sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. Her kind, attentive service really stands out, she treats you like a person, not just another customer in line. I really appreciate how she always goes the extra mile to help and answer questions. She's a true asset to the pharmacy and deserves to be recognized for the excellent job she does!

after seeing the reviews about the minute clinic i can see why my visit was the way it was today. no one wants to be sick and i’m sure the NP doesn’t want to be there either, but unfortunately that’s life. i sympathize with the stupid people she has to deal with on a daily basis but id like to consider myself to be pretty understanding and patient, so id like to be treated with respect and kindness. i made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, already uploaded my insurance card, answered all her questions with a pleasant tone and i wore a mask to protect her and the people around me. so i don’t understand why NP hunter seemed to be so annoyed with me. i went in for a rapid strep test and automatically i could sense that the NP was being very insincere and condescending to me. im not super confrontational so i let it go. but she would ask me questions and if i didnt answer them exactly how she wanted, she would repeat herself with a nasty attitude. like when she asked me where i work and i didn’t tell her the EXACT place she got very annoyed. i felt tense throughout the entire visit because of how passive aggressive she was. and then the cherry on top was when she looked into my throat (mind you, i have a painful strep throat infection) peered in for two seconds and said “yea that looks super gross” … sorry? what an incredibly rude thing to say to someone. those are typically things that are kept as an inside thought. again, i understand that healthcare is an extremely demanding field and sometimes patients are really annoying. that being said, you have a duty to your patients to treat them with dignity and respect if you are being treated the same. if not, i’d recommend a career change.

Terrible minute clinic...went in for a hurting ear and throat. Now mind you I don't have health insurance, so I fully understand that I had to pay out of pocket. Only to get told, after my appointment time also, that it would be $150 up front with a strep test with another $50 up front. Absolutely not! Didn't even get seen or walk into the room. Got told that outside of the room in ear shot of other people as well. Very unprofessional. Went to the lindenhurst location about a few months back now, and I wasn't anywhere near that price for a similar infection.

I enjoyed my experience at this location. The associate was welcoming and knowledgeable about product location. The items were stocked and organized.

Literally just left there after waiting almost an hour at the minute clinic. Only to be rudely spoken to by the nurse who thought her time was all that mattered.
Upon me asking why it took this long I was told that she was on a call and things happen. NOT when you have CUSTOMERS WHO MADE APPOINTMENTS FOR CERTAIN TIME. Upon expressing my concerns she called her boss SHANNON whom confirmed they were conversing and Shannon had no clue anyone was waiting. THEN the nurse says she's uncomfortable helping me because of HER ACTIONS. After speaking to store manager it was stated that this was not the first time this happened today at the minute clinic.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & WILL BE ESCALATED TO UPPER MANAGEMENT.
don't know when serving customers with resoect went by the wayside but sone need to lose their jobs

Thank you Clay for going above and beyond for helping my mom and I with our 2 hydroboost purchase. We struggled with redeeming our coupon on Jan 19 at 5pm. We had the coupon clipped on our account, but the system at the store wasn’t able to find it for some reason. Clay was able to troubleshoot and problem solve our situation, and got us out leaving as happy and satisfied customers. Thank you.

This review is regarding the minute clinic and NP Hunter. She was rude and incredibly condescending. I had a follow up question about her assessment which was presented very rudely and instead of having any level of bedside manner decided to debate to show how intelligent she is. Followed up with my primary who did not agree with her assessment in the slightest. I highly recommend avoiding this locations minute clinic if you can. Please also refer to the numerous reviews on med grades that support this as well. Incredibly disappointing.

It has been a stress time with what has been happening to my daughter-in-law. I don’t mean to meant Walgreens but they were ridiculous on how they were treating her medication. Luckily enough we decided to call CSV. I had a super woman on the phone her name is Joy. At 9:15 am she called and told me she can help when I explained the situation. We all are so thankful for her helping us. Thank you Joy for everything and getting things corrected for us.. Thank you CSV for being better than Walgreens and giving us a helping hand with a smile other than attitudes or hanging up on us. Thank you!

CVS in Third Lake has been my primary drug store for about 15 years. Today is the last day that I shop there. The store manager was rude and condescending. I asked a question and his response was belittling and unnecessary.

I admit that I wasn't thrilled when my insurance changed and we had to transfer our prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. We loved our Walgreens pharmacy staff. We were there for 2 decades. Our experiences had been unpleasant in the past at CVS with poor attitudes from the pharmacy staff. However, I've been pleasantly surprised. The staff are all wonderful and they are all pleasant even though I know they're swamped. My interactions with Steve, PharmD, have been great. He ensures that I understand any potential issues with new meds as my spouse and I are on a lot of meds. Today, he came through in a big way. My husband had major surgery over 3 weeks ago, which has resulted in severe bone pain. I called to inquire about paying out of pocket for a med and while we were talking, the insurance approved it - usually they're slow. Steve had the med ready in the promised timeframe. I can't thank Steve enough. The young man who waited on me today was delightful. He seems to really enjoy being a pharmacy tech. It's a joy to interact with people who love what they do. I hope that never changes for this young man.

Not sure why the reviews here are SO BAD. I’ve been here for sports physicals multiple times at the minute clinic and have had perfectly good and quick experiences. The store is always super nice and employees are friendly.

This review is regarding MinuteClinic. It was easy to make an appointment, and the initial nurse I dealt with was very kind and personable. However, Dr. Hunter was condescending and patronizing. If I ever make an appointment there again, I will ask in advance who is working that day to actively avoid her. She rushed through the appointment by saying she knows how to multitask. It is okay to sit for a minute while having a face-to-face conversation with your patient to show them you care...she does not do that. She's one of those doctors that doesn't accept the fact that there may be information of which she's unaware. I went in with healed paronychia and strep throat symptoms (it turned out to be a negative strep test,) and I wanted to make sure the strep bacteria hadn't spread. She was so adamant and belittling about the fact that it would be impossible for the two to be connected and asked me if I knew there were multiple types of strep. A message to Dr Hunter: Multiple strains of strep can cause paronychia. Streptococcus pyogenes, which causes strep throat, can also cause paronychia. You were incorrect, and "doing this for 15 years" doesn't mean you know everything medical that has ever existed for all of time.

Sat in the drive through pharmacy line for over 30 minutes. I would have left but I was blocked in by cars behind me. This pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Very frustrating .

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy in the area. The store is empty and there's virtually no employees not even anybody in the front to check you out only the automated checkout. This place should be closed. No service at all
