“Decent work but like to work with no clothes on I have concerns mostly safety related and would appreciate something on my seats before he sits down
Update just use this business again yesterday ask for a simple oil change showed up to him jumping out from under my vehicle with no clothes on again and ran off into the woods”

“I brought my car here because my car wouldn’t start. I knew I had a major oil leak and evap leak. I took my car to autozone prior to test battery and it passed. I had an inspection done here and I was told I needed my upper oil pan and valve gasket replaced, I needed new tie rods, and a new battery. Working 13 days straight and Sundays off I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I agreed to get it fixed. This shop had great customer service and fast service (fixed my car fast). The cons were their shop hours weren’t very convenient (8-5 Monday through Friday only) and prices were very expensive. Also, my car was given to me with another problem (it was hopping and skipping when driven) . I called them and they said they found that my wheel bearing was very bad. I believe that could have been told to me at the initial inspection, but who am I, not a damn mechanic. I decided to get it fixed elsewhere, because I was on the way to Texas and I needed a warranty back at home.
Other than the prices being high, Shelby the front desk receptionist was pretty great actually, I also spoke to Kyle he was pretty thorough.”

I drove all the way from Florida to Clinton, IA in my semi truck and started having issues with my air brakes. And started out nothing but problems to where the regional manager *********************** had to get involved along with the ** ***** ( sorry I dont remember his last name ) mind you this is all happening now at the Sterling location we got paired up with ******************!! And from literally beginning to end even with the bumps in the road they stayed true to every SINGLE WORD !!! “I was visiting the Galena area last week and was hearing a noise under my car. My wife looked up nearby mechanics while I was driving and came upon Bloody Knuckle Repair, so we stopped in to see if they could take a look. The owner was very congenial, and said he'd be happy to take a look. After getting the car up on the lift, he discovered that the previous Jiffy Lube oil change people from Chicago had failed to fully re-attach the panel that is under the engine. So, he added some screws and completed the job that Jiffy Lube neglected to finish properly. The guy was great, and even gave me a Christmas coffee mug. If you need a car repair, go see Bloody Knuckles!!! Highly recommended!!”
