“I love my apartment. I also like the location. The management staff is awesome. I’ve had a couple of issues and they handled it with grace and professionalism. I love my light that comes in my windows. The only downside is that same light makes it hot in the summer and the air conditioning unit struggles a bit to make it cool. It gets there but takes time. I also wish the faucet knobs in the shower were more update. Other than that I love it. It’s quiet and clean and nice.”

“This place was amazing to me. After going through a hard break up and having to find an apt quickly Chastity was extremely helpful during the leasing process and made everything very streamlined. The apartment was VERY clean and if anything needed maintenance their crew was quick to respond and take care of any issues. My lease is up and I'll be moving on but after i cleaned the apt I'll be receiving my full deposit back with no hassle. My neighbors were very quiet too and the apartments are fairly well insulated so I rarely heard them (I was on the second floor mind you).
Honestly the best experience I've had with an apt and I couldn't recommend them enough.

“I've been living here since November. A lot of people have made nasty comments re the towing. It's actually VERY SIMPLE. If you're a RESIDENT park in the RESIDENT SLOTS. that doesn't mean you can park in the visitor slot. Tow companies do not look for a resident sticker when they check the VISITOR spots, they check for a VISITOR sticker! If you don't put a visitor sticker on your car even if you are a resident and you're parked in a visitor spot. You will get towed. I have not done that so I've never been towed, and I have just taken the loss and will sometimes walk 2 extra minutes since there is limited spots. Big deal. Read your contracts, because that is the SMART thing to do. And if you aren't sure ASK QUESTIONS before you act. It's sad people get so defensive and childish over such simple things. All in all I've had an easy experience living here at scenic trees. Amada is always nice and will help as soon as she can as she is in the office most of the time and has a lot on her plate. Don't be unreasonable people PLS. There's enough stuff to stress about.”
“On 7/30/25:
This morning at 5:26am I had to contact Edgewater Walk Apartment because I only had one toilet and it was clogged.
I got a call back at 5:30am saying someone would be here for around one or one and half hours. At 6:24am someone named Don showed up and fixed my clogged toilet.
It's early morning and I appreciate Don's diligent work and caring attitude towards my issue. I am so amazed by the Edgewater Walk Apartments management team's quick action on this matter.
Sam is super kind, friendly and respectful. From the moment I made my first appointment on the phone with her, her kindness and thoughtfulness caught my heart, since then, she diligently does her best helping me to finish my rental application process. She is so knowledgeable about what she is doing, in the meantime she does everything in a timely and polite manner. She is a wonderful human being and I feel very lucky to have met her. I trust her and appreciate all her efforts towards my transfer to my new home.”
