I make appointments with Joel for every visit and he is incredibly helpful. He helped me open accounts and explained all of my options thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, understanding to my circumstances and personable. He even helped me sign up and explained how to use online banking through the efficient app. Thank you Joel!

I have never had a problem and the staff is both helpful and pleasant. I wish the hours were longer for in person banking. But that's life.

This branch is phenomenal. Great addition to the Tinley park community! Not sure where all the hate comes from. I was able to swiftly open my business account with Elizabeth who was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! Silvia, the branch manager, was also kind and personable when greeting me and making sure I was okay until Elizabeth freed up. I am so satisfied with this branch I have recommend over 3 members of my family to come to meet them and open up accounts as well. Will be doing business again shortly to take out a loan for my new condo soon!

I have an account at BofA and have had no issues. I've always recommended this bank. Until today 12/13/2021. Took my friend to open a checking account. I tried to make an appointment online for her. But you have to log in to make appointments. She didn't have an account, so we went to the Tinley Park branch. Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes til someone came and took her name and why she was there. Then proceeded to tell her it would be an hour wait. No problem, she gave her phone number to the banker. And would get a call when it was her turn. We ran and got 2 giftcards at an area store. Then came back to wait in the lobby for her turn. The same banker came out and said her appointment has arrived and she wouldn't be able to fit her in. Also was told that the next available appointment was a week away. My friend received a $30 thousand plus settlement and wanted to put it in a bank ASAP. Sadly, my friend said she wouldn't wait that long and decided to go open an account at First Midwest Bank instead. I can't express how disappointed I am in BofA. I will be looking to move my account due to this issue.

I see some negative reviews, but my experience was exceptionally great. I did have a pleasure to work with Liz and Daniella(I hope, I spelled the names right). They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. To be honest, I feel like I will close my checking with chase and switch back to boa. I had several instances in the past, where Bank of America demonstrated the highest level of customer service. Today my experience was outstanding as well. From the moment I was greeted, till the moment I left the building.So..Wear your masks and don’t complain. This branch is awesome. The ladies are even more awesome.

This bank is a joke! Not open half the time. Short hours when they are open. Only 1 or at most 2 tellers at the windows. Drive up doesn't work at times. I am moving my account to Fifth Third Bank.

Worst Boa to come to, always one teller. They have customers waiting for 20 minutes or more just to make a business deposit. You have the bankers just walking around acting like they don't see everyone waiting.

My banker at my (former) secondary bank tried to call to see if a cashier's check I purchased cleared. I was trying to save myself a trip in this cold weather & bad roads. Your staff wouldn't help, gave her a number to call that was no help & then didn't answer the phone when she tried to call back.53rd will be my primary bank going forward!The banker at 53rd went above & beyond to take care of me. BOA could have cared less!

This BOA is ridiculous. They are never open per the web site. They are forcing customers to bank via mobile devices. My business closes at4:00 p.m. so if I have to make a deposit as required by my corp. office, I have to close my business 30-45 minutes early. I am losing business. They want you to use the Orland location. But 20 minute drive there and only 2 tellers, 20 people or more waiting to be serviced. That's another hour and then 20 minutes back to my business. Loss of time and business almost 2 hours. They discontinued Drive Thru years ago and won't go back to using it. You cannot count on this bank if you are in a commercial business. And don't tell me to use night deposit, as I don't trust when the deposit will be picked up and deposited. They have used COVID as their weapon to force customers away. Chase has been open and ready to service customers. Drive Thru when COVID came on, reopened the lobby, extended hours along the way. BOA is not a good business partner.

Tinley pk bank lobby is open no problem banking here if u need a personal mngt banker u might need to wait or can make appointment ?

Bank of America should be the best bank in the USA because it carry the name of the country but for sure is not .poor service,they don’t answer phones ,and not honest with the appointments.chase bank doing way better than you guys sorry to say that is the reality ?
