Best Buy is a good location with a neat, clean, and well-organized store. The staff are amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. Associates are professional, kind, and welcoming, often going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. The store has plentiful stock options and what customers need, sometimes with products for over 50% off. Customers appreciate the service, price, and Geek Squad options. However, there can be issues with incorrect products sold.

Had a great experience. I got a defective tv. And they were very nice about exchanging it. Ronnie, Madi, Anwar (sorry I spelled wrong), Trevor and Rocky were all so kind and helpful. I actually would recommend going to the store than talking to someone.
