“My adult daughter and had outstanding customer service in the baby section at Target a few days ago. We were probably looking perplexed, when a young man approached and asked if we needed help. We said yes and he went out of his way to assist us. He was pleasant and made sure all our needs were met.
At the register, the cashier was equally pleasant and asked if we found everything OK. She checked us out, carefully bagged our items and told us to have a pleasant evening with a warm smile on her face. The interactions with the two Tinley Park Target employees made us feel really appreciated.”

“Was there at 3:55am for coffee, not realizing they don't serve till 5am. The worker brewed one machine for me to serve. Super nice, super convienant, and super good service.
He did not need to, and actively went out of the procedure to make me happy with a hot cup of coffee.
That was some stellar service, I must say.”
