“Good selection, but the state of constant "sales" means that all of the products always seem to be marked up. Also, it can be hard to find your size in shop. My jeans are 36x34 and the selection unfortunately wasn't quite large enough.”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“Stopped in on a whim to pick up a 1st birthday gift for special little girl. Immediately when I walked in I was mesmerized with all the choices and cute items. Maddie helped me and was incredible. She listened to the details I shared and had great suggestions. Without her I would have been too overwhelmed. She was patient and a wonderful help. I will absolutely be back!!”
“I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

Last week, my daughter and I went to pick up our online order at Carter’s, and we had such a great experience! We needed to make some returns and exchanges, and the young lady who helped us was amazing—super kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Customer Service & Shopping Experience:
• She gave great advice on sizing, explaining the difference between 3T and 3A, and even suggested sizing up for longer wear.
• She helped me return and reorder items efficiently, making sure I left with the perfect fit for my daughter.
• While she was fantastic, I have run into staff members in the past who weren’t as helpful, which is the only reason for the 4/5 rating.
Store & Atmosphere:
• The store is clean and well-organized.
• They have a kids’ coloring table, which is such a thoughtful touch to keep little ones entertained while shopping.
• There is parking available, making it an easy stop for parents on the go.
Product Quality & Value:
• High-quality materials—worth every penny, especially during their sales.
• My daughter LOVES their pajamas—super soft and comfortable.
• Their two-piece sets are a game-changer, making mornings effortless and keeping outfits cute and practical.
Final Thoughts:
Despite occasional mixed experiences with staff, this Carter’s location is still a go-to for us. The clothing quality, convenience, and thoughtful touches (like the coloring table) make shopping enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hoping to run into the same amazing employee who helped us this time!

“Definitely recommend this store! They do have a good selection of communion dresses and have a good amount of seating for the grandmas/entourage who come with! The staff is lovely and we especially want to shout out to the sales associate Tamika who was BEYOND helpful and truly helped make first communion dress shopping special for my daughter. Go here. (& go before things are picked over! Like most places they just order a bunch of dresses in January and dont reorder)Pricing is expected for communion dresses at a boutique store ($300-550).”
“Just wanted to leave this review on my experience with Iris who works in the make up/beauty department (not sure what it’s called). I’ve struggled to find my shade for the past 8 years, I’ve gone to Sephora, Ulta, bought and tried many different foundations and could never find the right shade. Iris immediately recommended a good foundation based off the one I’ve used for many years, i honestly wasn’t really going to buy anything but she was so sweet and very helpful I couldn’t help but buy what she offered! Which by the way was the PERFECT shade for me. She even helped me find the exact shade of lipstick I was looking for for months. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a good experience with customer service and I’m so glad I got to meet her! I highly recommend going to her for any make up questions and I hope she’s still there when I return for a restock and some new goodies :)”

“I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand.
