Clean bathrooms.
Better pricing on multiple grocery items.
And, even as late as 9 pm they had four lanes staffed with professional checkers(& they needed it!)
Still annoyed though, after literally years the liquor discount of 10% off for four or more bottles has ceased(at this location) to come off automatically.”

“Ok, this is a bit of a unique Ross in layout and a the selections in all departments is someway limited compared to other Ross stores I have been. But it is still a Ross, and I love them. The Lane Bryant shooting was an incident of mass murder and armed robbery at a Lane Bryant clothing outlet in the Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, Illinois,, that occurred on February 2, 2008. The shooting resulted in five people killed and a sixth injured.
Respect to the victims and their loved ones. This dude was well connected and that aided in him never being brought to justice.
Make a memorial to honor the victims don't pretend this never happened.

“After shopping at Crestwood Ross, Tinley Park Ross, surprised me. The store was stocked, clean AND neat. (Crestwoods towel department, looked like a hurricane went through it) The cashier in Tinley, there was one, was quick and pleasant. What a contrast to the Crestwood Ross. If one store can be neat and easy to shop at, why can't they all?”
